Please read these terms of use carefully before using the Aesthetidocs website, mobile app, or online appointment booking platform (the site) – your use of the site is subject to these terms.

The site is operated by Aesthetidocs Limited (Aesthetidocs, we, our or us) of Lockview House, 49 Lockview Road, Belfast, Northern Ireland, BT9 5FJ.

By using our site, you confirm that you accept these terms and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to them, you must not use our site.

Our site is a service operated by us to facilitate the arranging and managing of bookings with aesthetic treatment clinics. These terms only apply to the booking management process. You may be subject to additional terms and conditions with your treating clinic or practitioner which govern your relationship with them and any services they provide to you.

When you use our site, you will be providing us with personal data about you. You can see how we use personal data by going to our privacy policy www.aesthetidocs.com/privacy

Authorization to use the site

Subject to your compliance with these terms, you may access or use the site solely for the purpose of arranging, managing, and paying for bookings with clinics or practitioners offering aesthetic treatment services.

You must not access or use the site except as permitted by these terms. In particular, you must not and must not permit any other person to:

  • Pretend that you are, or that you represent, someone else, or impersonate any other individual or entity when using the site.
  • Resell, assign, transfer, distribute or provide others with access to the site or any of our materials.
  • Copy, modify, frame, repost, publicly perform or display, sell, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the site.
  • Use the site to transmit, publish or communicate material that is defamatory, offensive, abusive, indecent, menacing or unwanted.
  • Use the site in any way that damages, interferes with or interrupts the availability of the site.
  • Introduce malicious programs into our hardware and software or our hardware, software and services which are integrated and operate together, including our networks, including viruses, worms, trojan horses and e-mail bombs.
  • Reveal your account password to others or allow others to use your account.
  • Use the site to carry out security breaches or disruptions of a network. Security breaches include accessing data where you are not the intended recipient or logging into a server or account that you are not expressly authorised to access or corrupting any data (including network sniffing/monitoring, pinged floods, packet spoofing, denial of service and forged routing information for malicious purposes).
  • Use any program/script/command, or send messages of any kind, with the intent to interfere with, or disable, any person’s use of the site.
  • Send any unsolicited messages through or to users of the site or to send any form of harassment via email, or any other form of messaging, whether through language, frequency, or size of messages or use the site in breach of any person’s privacy (such as by way of identity theft or “phishing”).

Any non-compliance by you with these terms shall give us the right to suspend provision of the site to you and access to your account, and to terminate our relationship with you without liability.

Reservation of rights

Aesthetidocs and its licensors each own and retain their respective rights in and to all logos, company names, marks, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, know-how, patents and patent applications that are used or embodied in or otherwise related to the site. Aesthetidocs grants no rights or licenses (implied, by estoppel, or otherwise) whatsoever to you under these terms.

Information provided to us

You are solely responsible for all data, information and other content, that you upload, post, or otherwise provide or store in connection with or relating to the site.

By providing us any information through the site, you grant Aesthetidocs a worldwide, non- exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid, sublicensable and transferable license to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, display, publish and perform that information in connection with the site. Aesthetidocs may remove or disable any information provided by you at any time for any reason, or for no reason at all.

You agree that we may share any information provided by you with the treating clinic or practitioner with whom you are seeking to make or have made an appointment.

Your commitments

You represent and warrant to Aesthetidocs that your activity on the site does not and will not violate, infringe, or misappropriate any third party’s copyright, trademark, right of privacy or publicity, or other personal or proprietary right.

You represent and warrant that all information you provide to us through the site is complete, accurate and not misleading. You must ensure that you promptly provide us with any updates or changes to any information previously provided to us.

Disclaimer

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITH ALL ERRORS AND DEFECTS AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, AND AESTHETIDOCS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE OR USAGE OF TRADE. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT AESTHETIDOCS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT YOUR ACCESS OR USE OR BOTH OF THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, ERROR-FREE OR VIRUS-FREE, AND AESTHETIDOCS DOES NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM USE OF THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT. Liability

AESTHETIDOCS WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF PROFITS OR THE LIKE) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS SITE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, SITE, MATCHING SERVICES, CONTENT, PROPRIETARY INFORMATION, OR ANY INTERRUPTION OR DISRUPTION OF SUCH USE, EVEN IF AESTHETIDOCS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES AND REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, BREACH OF WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE). THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF AESTHETIDOCS WITH REGARD TO THESE TERMS WILL IN NO EVENT EXCEED £50.

Updates to the terms

Aesthetidocs reserves the right to do any of the following, at any time, without notice: (1) to modify, suspend or terminate operation of or access to the site, or any portion of the site, for any reason; (2) to modify or change the site, or any portion of the site, for any reason; and (3) to interrupt the operation of the site, or any portion of the site, as necessary to perform routine or non-routine maintenance, error correction, or other changes.

Aesthetidocs reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change or modify portions of these terms at any time. Your continued use of the site after the date any such changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new or revised terms.

Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the law of Northern Ireland and all disputes arising under these terms (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Northern Irish courts.

Terms & Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully, and in full before booking an appointment. By booking an appointment you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

The clinic is a private medical clinic, medical aesthetic treatments are medical procedures, not beauty treatments. We use only the highest quality products and medicines, delivered by highly qualified and experienced medical doctors and staff, in a clinical environment. Pricing and terms and conditions reflect this and are there to keep our patients safe. 

Please contact us via email or the clinic telephone if you have any queries before booking an appointment. Please do not send queries or questions via our social media inboxes as these are not monitored by clinical staff and will not be seen. 

Appointment booking  

1. All patients must be aged 18+ years at the time of their appointment.  

2. Appointments are now ALL made online via the booking link. A booking fee is taken for all appointments via a secure online payment. If you have difficulty using the online system a payment link can be emailed to you if you contact: hello@drvictoriani.com . The booking fee is deducted from the price of treatments booked. 

3. The booking fee is not refundable as it covers the costs the clinic is charged for new patient registration, card transaction fees and administration to set up new patient portals. It is however,
transferrable to another appointment a maximum of once, if you cancel or reschedule 72 hours or more in advance of your appointment. If appointments are cancelled/rescheduled within 72 hours of the appointment the booking fee with be forfeit and another will be required to rebook the appointment. 

4. Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled upto 72 hours before your appointment- please see your confirmation email to do this or email the clinic if you need help- hello@drvictoriani.com. 

5. We cannot take any cancellations or amendments via social media, whatsapp, or text. 

6. Please do not book appointments for friends or family using your email address or booking portal as it is a legal record of your treatments. Each patient needs their own portal with a separate email address.

7. Please always provide the correct details- full name, DOB and address- double check these are correct for your legal records before booking.  

8. Accepted payment methods: card, bank transfer and cash.   

Anti-Wrinkle/ Botox Reviews

1. After treatment with anti-wrinkle/botox, patients can avail of a complimentary review between day 14-28 after treatment if any small adjustments are needed. To book this appointment contact the clinic at: hello@drvictoriani.com from day 14-21. Reviews after day 28 will incur a charge of £30 if the clinic offered you a review appointment between day 14-28 that you could not attend, failed to attend or needed to reschedule. 

2. At the review (day 14-28 only) 1-2 extra units of botulinum toxin can be added if adjustment is deemed necessary by the practitioner. Any more than this suggests the patient has stronger than average muscles and a
surcharge will apply to cover the extra medication needed. 

3. Reviews are not “top-ups” where extra medication is added- this puts patients at risk of harm and development of antibodies. As a skilled, medical doctor, Dr. Victoria aims to get your dosing correct on the first treatment, using dosing which is recommended by the manufacturers of the medication, but generally higher than most clinics, and therefore 95%+ of patients require no adjustments.  

4. Review appointments are between 8pm-9pm Mondays, Thursdays or Fridays and 9:30-10am Saturdays in Saintfield. 

5. Strictly no anti-wrinkle/botulinum toxin can be added after day 28 as the maximal effect of treatment is seen at day 14-28, and then slowly begins to wear off over 12-16 weeks for most patients.  

Gift Vouchers

1. Gift-vouchers are not redeemable for cash and must be used within 12 months of purchase.   

Consultations, consent and photography

1. Consultations incur a non-refundable fee which covers the practitioners' time, expert knowledge and advice. 

2. If on the day you are deemed unsuitable or inappropriate for treatment, the booking fee or consultation fee will not be refunded as this covers the practitioners' time and advice.  

3. Prior to your appointment you will be sent copies of consent forms via email. Please read these in full before your appointment and come prepared with questions. You will be required to sign a copy of this consent form in the clinic at your appointment. You should not be reading this consent for the first time in clinic, as you need to have time to think it over and come prepared with questions. 

4. Before any aesthetic or skin treatment or services are provided, we have to take photos for your confidential clinical record. These are only for confidential patient records. There is no exception to this as it is a medico-legal
requirement.  

5. Please do not bring children under 18 years to your appointment unless a responsible adult is accompanying you and can look after them in the waiting room whilst you are being treated.  

Complications

1. Although rare, some procedures can result in a range of well-documented complications. Some patients may specifically be subject to a higher risk factor than others. The doctor, of course, will treat these to the best of their ability; many of these complications can be managed simply and conservatively. If you are urgently required to see our doctor, you may be asked to travel to one of our clinics to be examined. 

2. In the very unlikely event of a more serious complication and the need of further treatment outside of our expertise, arrangements will be made for you to be treated by the NHS or if you wish, privately at your own cost. It is unlikely that private medical insurance would cover any treatment or complication from cosmetic work.   

Liability

1. The clinic will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the patient.   

2. It is the patient’s responsibility to ensure that he or she provides the practitioner with all correct, relevant medical details prior to each treatment. Dr Victoria Clinic/ Aesthetics by Dr Victoria Ltd will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the patient’s failure to disclose such details in writing on their consent form. The patient agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by the clinic regarding the care of a treated area.
